Do you replace the architect or MEP consultant?
No. We work with you as a building-science and systems partner. You keep design authority; we bring calculations, detailing experience and delivery.
Can you run a technical session for our office?
Yes. We can present the building-science basics for Kashmir: insulation continuity, airtightness, condensation, ventilation and low-temperature heating. Ask us to arrange a date.
At what stage should we involve you?
As early as concept design. Wall thickness, floor build-ups and plant space are far easier to get right before drawings are frozen.
