High-performance windows
A good window, badly fitted, is a cold window.
Glazing and frames chosen for Kashmir winters and installed airtight.

Why it matters in Kashmir
Windows are usually the coldest surface in a room, and the seam between frame and wall is where most of the trouble starts: draughts, condensation and black mould in the corners. We choose glazing and frames for Kashmir’s winters, then fit them airtight: sealed inside, weather-wrapped outside, insulated in between.
What a thermal camera sees
Leaky houses glow.
A typical brick house loses heat at the windows, slab edges and eaves. A continuous envelope stays evenly cold outside, because the warmth stays in. Illustrations, not measurements.

This is why we design all nine systems together: change one, and the others need to know.
Your questions
Asked and answered.
Double or triple glazing?
It depends on the room, the orientation and the budget. North-facing bedrooms and large glass areas benefit most from triple glazing. We recommend per window, not per house.
Why do my windows run with water in the morning?
Warm, humid air meets a cold glass or frame and condenses. Better glazing, an airtight fit and controlled ventilation together stop it.
The first step
Start with a heat-loss check.
We visit, measure and calculate how your building loses heat, room by room. Then we show you what would change, what it costs and what it saves, before you commit to anything.
