This notice explains how we handle project enquiries sent through this website, WhatsApp and email.
Who we are
Element Nine Systems is a brand of Yukonhaus Buildtech LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. We design and build energy-efficient building systems in the Kashmir Valley and Ladakh.
What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, the location and details of your project, and any messages, photos or plans you send.
This site does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are added, they will be described here.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a visit or quote
- To plan, carry out and support work you ask us to do
- To keep records we are required to keep by law
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone except where needed to deliver your project or where the law requires it.
If you choose to send your enquiry on WhatsApp, it is sent only when you press Send there. Messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
Website and email services
This website and its enquiry form are hosted on Cloudflare, which processes connection information needed to deliver the site. When you submit the enquiry form, Cloudflare’s email service delivers your details to our team and, when you provide an email address, sends you an acknowledgement. These are project communications, not newsletter subscriptions.
The live weather display requests Srinagar’s temperature from Open-Meteo. Your name, phone number and project details are not included in that request.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage work you request and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. To ask about the information we hold or request deletion, contact us below.
Your projects and photographs
We never publish your name, your home, photographs of your project or your words without your written approval.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where we are not required to keep them. Email project@e9systems.com.
Performance figures
Temperatures, heat-loss figures and savings shown on this site are illustrative unless stated otherwise. Performance for any project is confirmed only after we have assessed that building. We design and build to passive-house principles; we do not claim Passive House certification unless a specific project has been certified.
Photography
Some photographs on this site are licensed stock images used to illustrate our approach. They are not Element Nine Systems projects. Project photographs will be labelled as such.
Climate data
Srinagar climate figures are from the India Meteorological Department’s climatological table for 1991–2020. The live temperature is provided by Open-Meteo.
