Can we live in the house while you work?
Often, yes. Many upgrades can be phased room by room. We plan the sequence with you so disruption is kept to a minimum.
We have a fixed budget. Where should we start?
Usually with the envelope: insulation, airtightness and windows. Reducing heat loss first makes every heating system smaller and cheaper to run. The heat-loss check shows where your money does the most.
