Drywall, ceilings & flooring
The last layer protects everything behind it.
Interior finishes that close up the services cleanly.

Why it matters in Kashmir
Finishes go in last, over insulation, membranes, pipes and ducts. Done in the right order, with the right boards, they protect those layers instead of puncturing them, and leave service voids so nothing has to be broken open later.

This is why we design all nine systems together: change one, and the others need to know.
Your questions
Asked and answered.
Which floors work with underfloor heating?
Tile and stone conduct heat best. Many engineered wood, vinyl and laminate floors also work when they are rated for underfloor heating. We specify the finish with the heating.
The first step
Start with a heat-loss check.
We visit, measure and calculate how your building loses heat, room by room. Then we show you what would change, what it costs and what it saves, before you commit to anything.
